Behavioural excellence is the new differentiator. Peak Partner Performance is designed to provide partners of law firms with the essential skill to be as exceptional in interpersonal and client development skills as they are with their legal expertise.

It is aimed at both seasoned and successful client development partners and those who find this part of their role more challenging.

It uses tried and tested techniques, including advanced mind techniques to enhance behavioural change. Yet is completely new in the way it has been streamlined specifically for partners.

The first partner to go through the intensive one on one development has won two new deals as a consequence of the programme.
